  • Introduction

As a co-founder of STEM Foundation Indonesia which has applied IoT in learning process through STEM, I would like to strengthen STEM Learning Center Development in developing countries especially in Indonesia. Based on the fact, Indonesia still needs more encouragement to persuade children for studying science and technology subjects, otherwise they could face their moment in 4.0 era. Moreover, I am also as a Physician and Science Teacher have a privilege to empower Indonesia children to have a dream future in applying science and technology theoretical based into application on their daily lives especially for their dedication to Indonesia. For instance, we have been more than a year to held some workshops and seminars to encourage young people to understand about STEM application using our IoT tools. One of our volunteers also said that when she met her friends in South Asia, they are thrilled to STEM Foundation Indonesia which has been doing projects using IoT as 4.0 era. However, they are still using Lego and Robotics for their STEM movement. Therefore, we are sure that STEM curriculum is the best path of education journey that is suitable for this 4.0 era.
