Abstract: This study explores instructional strategies designed to improve engagement and learning outcomes in introductory physics courses for non-science majors, focusing on pre-physical therapy (pre-PT) students. Given that many of these students lack a robust mathematical background, the teaching approach aims to bridge this gap through structured problem-solving frameworks, hands-on activities, and contextual applications that link physics principles to health sciences. To address this, a teaching approach was developed over three years in two courses at Widener University in Pennsylvania: College Physics I (Mechanics and Heat) and College Physics II (Electricity and Magnetism). This approach combines structured problem-solving frameworks, real-world applications, hands-on activities, and active learning techniques. By emphasizing the relevance of physics concepts to health sciences, such as using examples from biomechanics and neuroelectric signaling, students are encouraged to connect theory with practical applications in their future careers. The structured problem-solving framework simplifies complex physics problems into manageable steps, fostering both computational and conceptual understanding. Interactive assignments and discussion threads further enhance engagement, while activities focused on scientific communication help students articulate complex ideas clearly. These methods helped students to approach physics as an interconnected field relevant to their future careers rather than isolated quantitative challenges. Assessments, including course evaluations and student feedback, indicate that this approach not only enhances conceptual understanding but also fosters scientific communication skills critical for healthcare professions. The findings contribute to a growing body of research suggesting that tailored physics curricula can significantly improve engagement and success among non-science majors pursuing professional healthcare pathways.

Abstract: Teachers have a pivotal role in building the future of any nation. Considering this fact, this study aims to examine and analyze the job satisfaction among teachers at community and institutional schools of Devdaha Municipality. The study had attempted to analyze the factors determining the job satisfaction of teachers. The data were collected through performing structured questionnaire survey as a data collection instrument. Job satisfaction among school teachers in Devdaha Municipality were measured with a 5-point Likert scale. Except the demographic variables of the respondents, choices of all items were based on five points. The collected data were analyzed using Microsoft excel, and SPSS statistical package. The reliability statistics, analysis of demographic profile, descriptive statistics, analysis of relationship between components of demographic profile and dependent variable were used to accomplish the objectives of the research. The study concludes that different factors like pay, supervision promotion, fringe benefits have effects on teacher's job satisfaction.

Abstract: This study investigates the intricate relationship between music listening habits and the concentration and academic performance of Cairo University students. Building on established research, including the well-known "Mozart effect," we examine both the potential benefits and drawbacks of integrating music into study routines. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, we distributed quantitative surveys to 200 students and conducted qualitative interviews to gain deeper insights. The study focuses on key areas: frequency of music listening while studying, preferred genres, and perceptions of music's effects on focus, stress reduction, and overall academic performance. Our findings reveal that while certain genres, such as classical music, significantly enhance concentration and reduce anxiety, others may prove distracting, underscoring the importance of personal preferences in music selection. By correlating students’ perspectives with historical and contemporary research, this study elucidates how various music genres influence cognitive processes and learning outcomes. The results offer actionable strategies for both educators and students to optimize learning environments and enhance academic success, ultimately contributing to a better understanding of music's role in educational contexts. This research underscores the need for a tailored approach to music in study routines, advocating for informed choices that align with individual learning styles to foster a harmonious balance between music and academic performance.
